DetailsWith our experience since 2004, we carry out engineering services and production activities in the field of Semiconductor Device Manufacturing. Developing high efficiency solar cells, GaN based HEMT and MOSFET devices, RF transistors, development of sophisticated antennas, design and development of MEMS sensors, development of high power generating laser systems and fabrication of micro-lenses and optical structures such as gratings and IR imaging. We carry out R&D studies in these fields and provide know-how consultancy for these systems.
We have a team with more than 20 years of experience in this field which is expert for usage of semiconductor equipments at all research and production steps. By using coating, developing, etching, lithography, deposition and many other technologies, we develop high-tech semiconductor devices. Moreover, we are experienced in configuring these instruments and servicing the instruments that will be needed in the clean room for the development of these technologies.
In this context, our systems installed in Turkey's most important high-tech research centers and production facilities continue to operate successfully.
